Used engines.
Replacing an engine? Share your vehicle, engine size and VIN. Our team will check available options and identification details.
When requesting a used engine, provide the year, make, model, engine displacement (for example 2.0 L), and a VIN or engine code if available. Fuel type, emissions equipment and vehicle trim may matter.
Similar-looking engines are not automatically interchangeable. Mounts, accessory configurations, electronics and production changes need to be checked. Our warranty policy and the invoice describe coverage for eligible engine assemblies.
Frequently asked questions
Is the VIN enough to identify an engine?+
A VIN helps identify the vehicle, but engine codes and technical details may also be required.
Can PAT confirm fitment?+
PAT reviews available information before offering an option; final vehicle-specific compatibility should be verified.
Can you check an engine from the year and model alone?+
Those details help start a search, but VIN, engine code or displacement may be needed to avoid choosing the wrong variant.
Does PAT’s commercial warranty include installation labor?+
PAT’s voluntary commercial warranty is generally parts-only, without labor. This does not waive applicable mandatory legal rights.
